Returns Policy
At Coastal Drift Home, we are deeply committed to the quality and craftsmanship of our products. At the heart of our values is a strong commitment to the quality of our designs, materials presented, as well as manufacturing and construction. We do however understand that sometimes circumstances change, and if you find yourself reconsidering a purchase, here's our return policy:
For online purchases made within 7 days of the items being delivered to your home, you have the option to return the items and receive a credit of the merchandise value. Please note that the cost of return delivery will be covered by the purchaser. Additionally, returns of furniture purchases are subject to a $45 restocking fee.
For exchange of clothing due to incorrect sizing, you are required to post the goods back with all tags attached in the same condition as the goods left the store. Please also include a pre paid post pack for us to send your exchange items back to you.
For returns of items purchased in our retail store or a cancellation of an order not yet delivered, we offer a credit or exchange on products if you change your mind, providing the product is in the same state that it left the store with tags & packaging intact (if applicable). The product is to be returned within 48hrs to receive a credit or exchange and a $45 restocking fee is applicable for furniture items.
Before shipping your order, we take utmost care to inspect and ensure its quality. Upon receiving your purchase, we kindly request you to inspect it thoroughly and notify us of any damage within 48 hours.
No Credit or Refund will be issued on Sale items.
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please get in touch with our Customer Service team at shop@coastaldrifthome.com.au, providing your customer and product details, as well as photographs of the damaged products, or you reason for exchange/return. For your convenience and security, we recommend using a tracked method or one that offers proof of delivery when returning items.
