We ship Australia-wide on all bags, clothing, home decor and gift card orders.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping: flat rate $12.00
FREE standard shipping on orders over $149.00 (excludes bulky/oversized items, which are quoted separately, see Furniture & Bulky Items below)
Express shipping: flat rate $14.95

Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are processed at our warehouse within 1-3 business days of purchase and dispatched via Australia Post.

Express shipping: 1-3 business days from dispatch
Standard shipping: 5-10 business days from dispatch

As soon as your order is dispatched, we'll email you tracking details so you can follow its progress.

In-Store Pickup

Choosing in-store pickup? Please allow 24 hours from the time of purchase for your order to be prepared and ready for collection at our Kawana Shoppingworld store.

Furniture & Bulky Items

Furniture and other large or custom items are delivered separately using professional furniture removalists, who will contact you directly to arrange a suitable delivery time. Your items are handled with care throughout. This service covers ground-floor delivery only and does not include stairs, balcony access, unpacking, or removal of packaging unless otherwise agreed with us in writing.
