Furniture and other custom deliveries:
We understand the importance of handling furniture items with special care. To ensure a seamless delivery experience, we employ professional furniture removalists who will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery time. Throughout the entire process, we take extra precautions to ensure the safe transportation of your items. Your furniture will be carefully hand unloaded and delivered to your address. Please note that this service does not include delivery upstairs, over balconies, unpacking, or removal of packaging and debris unless otherwise requested and confirmed by Coastal Drift Home in written correspondence.

In-Store Pickup
If you're selecting the option to pick up your homeware or furniture items in-store, kindly allow us a 24-hour window from the time of purchase. This period allows us to ensure your selected products are prepared and ready for your arrival.
Delivery Timeframes
Homeware items are dispatched from our warehouse within 3 business days of receiving your payment. After dispatch, the shipping duration varies based on your location, with most major cities experiencing delivery within 7 business days from warehouse dispatch.
For furniture items, the dispatch process from our warehouse takes approximately 5 business days from payment receipt. Following dispatch, the shipping time frame depends on your location, with most major cities receiving deliveries within 14 business days from warehouse dispatch.

Homeware/Clothing Deliveries, we work with a selection of reliable courier services. During the checkout process, our system reviews your order and location to provide you with the most competitive courier rate. These deliveries are exclusively made to your front door.
* Conditions of Free Delivery on Decor & Clothing items over $149.00 : Free delivery is eligible to goods that are not bulky goods and can be posted in a small carton or postage satchel. Any bulky goods will need to be quoted and are not eligible for free shipping.
Furniture Deliveries
With regard to furniture deliveries, we believe in providing a heightened level of care and attention. This is why we engage professional furniture removalists, who will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time. Throughout the delivery process, your items will be handled with care and precision. Please note that this service covers ground floor delivery only. It does not include upstairs delivery, balcony access, unpacking, or removal of packaging materials.
