Frequently asked questions
Can't find your answer? Call or text us on 0427 330 648.
Where can I find the measurements?
Every product page has a Dimensions tab with the measurements for each size. As our pieces are handmade, sizes can vary slightly.
Will my piece look exactly like the photos?
Every piece is handmade from natural timber, so shade, grain and markings vary from piece to piece. Timber also expands and contracts over time, which can occasionally cause small cracks. These are natural features and don't affect strength or durability.
How is furniture delivered?
Our furniture arrives fully assembled (not flatpacked), so it's delivered by specialist removalists rather than the post. We deliver across the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane and Gold Coast, and can quote delivery anywhere in Queensland and along the East Coast. Tap Request Shipping Quote on any furniture page, or email admin@coastaldrifthome.com.au with your postcode and the pieces you'd like. Delivery is to the ground floor, so let us know about stairs or tricky access when you ask for a quote.
Can I pay with Afterpay?
Yes. Afterpay is available at checkout, so you can split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments. You'll see the payment amount on each product page.
