Are occasional chairs sold individually?
Yes, all chairs are sold individually, so order two for a matching pair. As each is handmade, tones will vary slightly between them.
Are seat cushions included?
Many of our cane chairs and lounges come with seat cushions, and the product page will say so. Cushion cover colours change with each shipment, so contact us for current colours. Replacement cushions in indoor/outdoor fabric are also available for several of our ranges.
How do I look after cane and rattan?
Dust often with a soft microfibre cloth, a gentle vacuum or a soft toothbrush. To clean, mix water and dishwashing liquid, wipe with the bubbles only, then let it dry well in a sunny spot. If it does get wet, wait 48–72 hours before sitting on it so the cane strands don't stretch.
How is furniture delivered?
Our furniture arrives fully assembled (not flatpacked), so it's delivered by specialist removalists rather than the post. We deliver across the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane and Gold Coast, and can quote delivery anywhere in Queensland and along the East Coast. Delivery is to the ground floor, so let us know about stairs or tricky access when you ask for a quote.

Can you hold my furniture until I'm ready?
If you're moving, waiting on settlement or building, we're happy to store your pieces in our warehouse for up to 8 weeks, space permitting. Just ask when you order.
