Frequently asked questions
Can't find your answer? Call or text us on 0427 330 648.
How are mirrors delivered?
Our smaller mirrors ship with standard shipping. Larger water hyacinth and driftwood mirrors are delivered like furniture, so request a delivery quote with your postcode or pick them up from our warehouse.
What are the frames made from?
Our frames are natural materials like water hyacinth, driftwood and cane, in white-washed natural tones that suit both timber furniture and crisp white interiors.
Are your decor pieces handmade?
Many are handcrafted, so colour, size and finish can vary slightly from the photos. That's part of their charm, and each product page notes when a piece is handmade.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes. Choose warehouse pickup at checkout and your order will be ready at our Corbould Park warehouse on the Sunshine Coast the next business day. We'll text you with pickup details. Our warehouse is by appointment, so please wait for our message before heading over.
