Frequently asked questions
Can't find your answer? Call or text us on 0427 330 648.
Do your bedside tables come in pairs?
Bedside tables are sold individually, so order two for a matching pair. As each is handmade, tones and grain will vary slightly between them.
What does the White Wash finish look like?
Our White Wash isn't a traditional transparent wash. It looks very white, but some timber grain may show through the paint, either straight away or over time. That's normal and part of the look.
What does 'Raw' mean in your timber colours?
Raw means the timber is completely unfinished, with no stain or sealer. Many customers like to stain it to match pieces they already own. If you'd just like it sealed, ask about our Satin Finish service, or you can seal it yourself at home.
How is furniture delivered?
Our furniture arrives fully assembled (not flatpacked), so it's delivered by specialist removalists rather than the post. We deliver across the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane and Gold Coast, and can quote delivery anywhere in Queensland and along the East Coast. Tap Request Shipping Quote on any furniture page, or email admin@coastaldrifthome.com.au with your postcode and the pieces you'd like. Delivery is to the ground floor, so let us know about stairs or tricky access when you ask for a quote.
Can I pay with Afterpay?
Yes. Afterpay is available at checkout, so you can split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments. You'll see the payment amount on each product page.
Can you hold my furniture until I'm ready?
If you're moving, waiting on settlement or building, we're happy to store your pieces in our warehouse for up to 8 weeks, space permitting. Just ask when you order.
