Do I get free shipping if I add a strap?

Usually, yes. Standard shipping is free on orders over $85, and most of our bags plus a $24.95 strap come to more than that. Your cart shows exactly how far you are from free shipping as you shop.

How big are the bags?

Each bag page has a Dimensions tab with the size and strap length, and the description tells you what fits inside, such as your phone, keys and sunnies, or a 13-inch laptop for the Harlow.

Are your bags real leather?

It depends on the bag. We stock genuine leather bags alongside vegan leather, PU leather and faux suede styles. Each bag's product description tells you exactly what it's made from.

How much is shipping on bags?

Standard shipping is a flat $9.95, and free on orders over $85. Priority dispatch ($12.95, packed and sent first) and Express ($19.95) are also available at checkout. Orders are dispatched from our Sunshine Coast warehouse within 1–3 business days via Australia Post, and standard delivery takes 5–10 business days from dispatch. Large or bulky items, such as furniture and bigger mirrors, aren't covered by flat-rate or free shipping. These are quoted by postcode, so tap Request Shipping Quote where it shows on the product page, or email admin@coastaldrifthome.com.au with your postcode. See our Shipping policy for full details.
