What height are your bar stools?
Most of our bar stools have a seat height of around 73–76cm, which suits a bar-height bench. For a standard kitchen bench, we can cut the legs down to suit. For example, the Massimo can be cut to 63cm at no extra charge. Tell us your bench height when you order.
What does 'Raw' mean in your timber colours?
Raw means the timber is completely unfinished, with no stain or sealer. Many customers like to stain it to match pieces they already own. If you'd just like it sealed, ask about our Satin Finish service, or you can seal it yourself at home.
How is furniture delivered?
Our furniture arrives fully assembled (not flatpacked), so it's delivered by specialist removalists rather than the post. We deliver across the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane and Gold Coast, and can quote delivery anywhere in Queensland and along the East Coast. Delivery is to the ground floor, so let us know about stairs or tricky access when you ask for a quote.

Can you hold my furniture until I'm ready?
If you're moving, waiting on settlement or building, we're happy to store your pieces in our warehouse for up to 8 weeks, space permitting. Just ask when you order.
