Machine made from 100% polypropylene, the rug offers the perfect blend of durability and comfort. Despite its hardwearing nature, it feels exceptionally soft underfoot—making it a pleasure to walk on barefoot or lounge around with family and friends. This synthetic fibre is renowned for its resilience, stain resistance, and ability to withstand moisture and sunlight, making it ideal for both high-traffic indoor areas and outdoor living spaces exposed to the elements.
Maintenance is refreshingly simple. Just hose it down and line dry to keep it looking fresh—no need for heavy-duty cleaning or indoor-only care. Its lightweight construction also makes it easy to move or store when needed. The pile height of the rug is 5mm.

Care instructions - The rug can be hosed for easy cleaning. For routine cleaning, lightly sweeping your rug with a broom or carpet sweeper on a weekly basis is highly recommended and is the least damaging way to clean your rug. Regular light vacuuming is recommended and avoid powerful bagless vacuums. Clean spills immediately by blotting with mild soap and water. Professional cleaning is recommended if spills cannot be cleaned with household products. If placed outdoors, it is recommended that the rug be brought indoors or undercover during bouts of severe weather. Keep away from sharp objects. Rug pads are highly recommended to extend the life of the rug. Actual actual colours may vary due to screen or monitor settings. Size may vary due to manufacturing limitations.

Can I use these rugs outside?
Our rugs labelled In/Outdoor are made from easy-care synthetic fibres like polypropylene, so they suit alfresco areas and covered outdoor spaces. Jute and seagrass rugs are for indoor use.
How do I clean my rug?
It depends on the rug. Many indoor/outdoor rugs can simply be hosed down, and our Pam rug is machine washable. Check each product description for care details.
How much is shipping on rugs?
Every bag ships free (shipping is included in the price). For clothing and decor, standard shipping is a flat $9.95, and free on orders over $59. Priority dispatch ($12.95, packed and sent first) and Express ($19.95) are also available at checkout. Orders placed before 1pm AEST on business days are dispatched the same day from our Sunshine Coast warehouse via Australia Post, and standard delivery takes 5–10 business days from dispatch. Large or bulky items, such as furniture and bigger mirrors, aren't covered by flat-rate or free shipping. What if it's not quite right?
For online orders, you can return items within 7 days of delivery for a store credit, as long as they're unused and in original condition with tags and packaging intact. Return postage is paid by the customer, and furniture returns have a $45 restocking fee. Sale items aren't eligible for change-of-mind returns.
